We’re looking for a hands-on Mechanical Production Engineer to support the transition of products from design into production and ensure efficient, high-quality manufacturing.

This role suits a practical engineer who enjoys working across teams, improving processes, and keeping production running smoothly.

The Role

• Support products from design through to full production.

• Improve manufacturing methods and drive continuous improvement.

• Create and maintain assembly, test, and production documentation.

• Work closely with production, quality, suppliers, and purchasing.

• Support FATs, quality checks, and process control activities.

• Maintain accurate production records and documentation systems.

What You’ll Need

• Mechanical engineering background (qualification preferred).

• Hands-on experience assembling and testing mechanical products.

• Ability to read drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.

• Strong understanding of production, quality, and manufacturing processes.

• Confident using MS Office; CAD experience (Inventor or similar) is a bonus.

• Organised, practical, and detail-focused.
