Job Description – Sales Engineer
An exciting opportunity has risen within a very well-known hydraulic systems manufacturer based in the outskirts of Coventry.
We are looking for someone who is in the early stages of their sales career or someone from a relevant internal sales background who can prove they have the desire and competencies to undertake a full external sales role.
our client has over 20 year’s experience in designing, manufacturing, commissioning and maintaining application critical hydraulic systems. This includes, bespoke hydraulic power units and systems, flushing and pressure test rigs, lubrication systems and filter carts Our onsite services team undertake preventative maintenance and breakdown work at our customers sites including condition monitoring, system surveys’ oil analysis, systems upgrades, fault finding and repairs.
This is an external role and we expect the successful candidate will be visiting end users /customers at least 80% of their time.
The main focus of this role is customer creation and profitable new business growth.
Developing a customer base that thinks of our client first.
The territory is the greater midlands but the initial focus will be Coventry, Birmingham Worcester and Wolverhampton and places between.
Daily update of CRM system required
