Area Sales Manager – Engineered Compressed Air Solutions

We’re looking for a commercially driven Area Sales Manager to grow sales of engineered compressed air and special gas solutions across distributor, OEM, EPC and direct project customers.

This is a project-led sales role, focused on high-value, custom solutions rather than volume selling. You’ll own opportunities from early engagement through to bid submission and award, working closely with internal engineering and support teams.

What you’ll be doing

  • Delivering project and equipment sales growth across your region
  • Developing and managing distributors, OEMs, EPCs and key end users
  • Identifying and converting opportunities in engineered and vertical markets
  • Leading technical and commercial bids, tenders and presentations
  • Acting as the key commercial interface between customers and engineering teams

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in compressed air or industrial equipment sales (project/engineered solutions)
  • Strong technical understanding of compressed air systems and applications
  • Confident communicator, comfortable at technical and senior stakeholder level
  • Self-motivated, resilient and comfortable operating across an international territory

Territory

A defined international region across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (final scope based on experience).
