🚀 Area Sales Manager – North East & Central Scotland

📍 Field-based | Industrial Sales | High-impact role

We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Area Sales Manager to grow sales across North East and Central Scotland, working closely with distributors and OEM customers in an industrial environment.

This is a target-driven, visible role with real autonomy, where you’ll be trusted to develop accounts, win new business, and make a measurable impact.


🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Growing sales through distribution and OEM channels
  • Managing and developing key and target accounts
  • Winning new business and increasing market share
  • Delivering sales presentations and technical support
  • Surveying customer sites and identifying efficiency improvements
  • Preparing and presenting proposals, reports, and forecasts
  • Feeding market intelligence back into the wider business

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Proven industrial sales background (ideally compressed air / capital equipment)
  • Strong experience managing and growing key distributor accounts
  • Confident presenting to customers at all levels
  • Commercially sharp, self-motivated, and target focused
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
