It’s pretty tough walking away from a conversation with Molly and not leave feeling inspired and with a bigger smile on your face than before you started. She’s a natural at quickly building the type of rapport that feels as though you’ve known each other for years.
Around the clock, Molly is a very caring person who simply loves being around people, both in and out of work, always taking the time to make sure her friends and loved ones are happy. That’s likely what’s led to her career in recruitment, as she loves the fulfilment it brings of seeing how happy people are as a result of starting a new role.
As much as her positivity shines through in her work, Molly has resilience in equal measures remaining unphased and motivated to keep pushing through the tougher placements, always keen to brush off at the end of each day and start afresh.
Outside of work, Molly is the creative type, whose hobbies include drawing and building her skills within design. Her cinema and cooking choices share a similarly eclectic taste.
In Molly’s own words she ‘doesn’t like to not be learning’, and is big on personal growth and constant development. As well as lifting others’ spirits in the office, she remains her own biggest motivator, and whatever she’s doing, it’s working.
