A highly enthusiastic and dedicated individual, Luke is one of those people you meet who genuinely love their job. His ambition and conscientious attitude are at the forefront of everything he does; any challenge set he will see it through to completion.
Luke joined us in 2021 as a Senior Consultant, bringing with him 7 years of experience in Engineering recruitment. After hitting the ground running, he quickly met the targets necessary to achieve promotion to Managing Consultant. He now leads a team dedicated to the more technical roles amongst Osprey’s clientele.

Seeing things through to fruition involves determination, planning and risk tasking, nothing Luke is afraid to do. Putting in extra hours to complete projects is never an issue, he will often put in extra hours to complete projects and ensure the satisfaction of his clients.
Building rapport and a personal relationship with his clients has been something that came naturally to Luke, even in the early stages of his career. His colleagues would describe him as a supportive, well-informed and persistent individual who is well-aligned with Osprey’s motivations as a business.
When he isn’t working, Luke is an avid Birmingham City supporter (for his sins) and can also be found playing football, attending the gym, socialising with friends and travelling as much as possible.
