Whether its in the office, or in the gym, Darcie is never short of a good dose of ‘get up and go’. Speaking of which, that’s exactly what she did for her career in recruitment, relocating from her hometown in Bolton, to pursue her recruitment career in Birmingham. Ask Darcie and she’ll say it’s all heading in the right direction, other than greatly missing the family dog ‘Buddy’ back home.
Darcie cultivated a lot of the talent and skills she’s now using to excel here at Osprey, from her fast paced hospitality supervising experience. Discovering that she was very resilient and thrived in a social environment, Darcie turned to recruitment to be able to start creating more meaningful working relationships.
This extends to the relationships she shares with her Osprey colleagues also. As a footballer, Darcie enjoys the team dynamic, and contributing to the healthy competitive spirit in the office, as well as being one of the first suspects for any office pranks that occur.
Darcie’s drive and worth ethic is more of a lifestyle than a professional trait, as you’ll often find her running, in the gym, or occasionally even smashing a spin class! Darcie even keeps it moving on her holidays, as a lover of city breaks including Venice, Berlin, and Amsterdam.
This relentless drive is a key part of what binds our team together at Osprey, and Darcie’s colleagues certainly recognise her determination to succeed in addition to her friendly and welcoming personality that makes her a fantastic addition to the team.
Certainly not one to relax until the job is finished, you can rest assured working with Darcie, knowing you’re in safe hands and have someone on the job who knows what it takes to deliver when it counts.
