To support our growth plans, we are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence and generate high-quality sales opportunities.

Role Overview

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and delivering day-to-day marketing activity across digital and traditional channels. The role will support the sales team with lead generation, product promotion, and customer communication while helping to position TPS as a trusted technical authority in our markets.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Create regular content including product news, case studies, blogs, and technical guides
  • Manage email marketing campaigns for customers and prospects
  • Oversee social media channels (LinkedIn, industry forums) to build brand awareness

 

 

Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Develop campaigns to generate enquiries from target sectors (data centres, HVAC, OEMs, industrial)
  • Work closely with the sales team to create product literature, presentations, and proposals
  • Maintain CRM data and support marketing automation
  • Track and qualify inbound leads

Brand & Communications

  • Coordinate exhibitions
  • Liaise with suppliers and partners on joint marketing initiatives
  • Produce brochures, datasheets, and technical documentation
  • Ensure consistent branding across all customer touchpoints

Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide monthly reports
  • Track website analytics, conversions, and ROI
  • Research market trends, competitors, and new opportunities

Skills & Experience Required

  • Interest in engineering, technical products, or industrial markets
  • Experience with CMS, email marketing platforms, and LinkedIn
  • Strong written English with the ability to explain technical topics clearly
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital analytics
  • Experience with CRM systems desirable
