🚀 Regional Sales Consultant

📍 Field-based | Permanent | Full-time (37.5 hrs)

We’re looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Consultant to drive growth across the machine and device manufacturing sector.

This is a front-line sales role where you’ll own your territory, manage the full sales cycle, and work directly with senior decision-makers, engineers, and supply chain professionals. If you enjoy building relationships, winning business, and being accountable for results, this is a role with real scope.


🔥 The Role

  • Grow sales across your region by winning new business and developing existing accounts
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Engage with customers and distributor partners to deliver tailored solutions
  • Build long-term relationships through expert advice and support
  • Execute strategic sales plans and consistently exceed targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline data

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience in engineering, manufacturing, automation, or industrial environments
  • Strong communication skills and commercial mindset
  • Ability to build credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
  • Engineering or technical qualification (desirable, not essential)
  • Full UK driving licence (company car provided)
  • Passport for occasional European / international travel
